All in-stock jewelry orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry may take 5 to 10 business days for production before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, we may ship them together once all items are complete unless you request and pay for split shipping. We will notify you immediately if there is any significant delay in processing your order and provide options to modify or cancel items where possible.
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express services. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 7 business days, while expedited options take 2 to 3 business days. International shipping generally takes 7 to 14 business days but may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier schedules. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control such as weather, peak holiday seasons, or customs delays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, value, destination, and service selected. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within the United States. Expedited or express services are available for an additional cost. International customers are responsible for shipping charges as well as any applicable customs fees or taxes. Promotional free shipping offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
We take great care in packaging your jewelry securely. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy, with no mention of jewelry on the outside of the parcel. Each package is carefully wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We insure shipments whenever possible for the full purchase value to safeguard against loss or theft during shipping. Please retain all packaging until your order is fully inspected and accepted.
For security purposes, we may require additional verification for certain orders, especially high-value purchases or orders with different billing and shipping addresses. Verification may include confirming payment details, verifying identity, or requiring a signature upon delivery. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. Prompt response to our verification requests will help prevent delays in shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of order. We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address details. For higher-value shipments, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave instructions for pickup at a local facility. Refusal or repeated missed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us, and any re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and item so we can process an insurance claim with the carrier.
